Choose your own project—jeans, a denim jacket, skirt, or another denim garment—and learn techniques for working successfully with denim. We’ll cover fitting, construction, seam finishes, professional topstitching, and jeans hardware installation.

Students bring: their own pattern, fabric and supplies, and sewing machine. Some patterns and jeans hardware will be available for purchase during class.

The workshop includes helpful technique handouts and an inspirational PowerPoint presentation packed with denim ideas, samples, and sewing tips.
